85,000 SF Mixed-Use Redevelopment + Residential Potential
In 2017, MANNA purchased this 85,000 SF building with a vision to reposition it as The Machine Shop for the north side. During its efforts to renovate the building, MANNA was approached by a home builder and entered into a contract with a zoning contingency for the construction of 56 townhouses on the 2.2 acre site. In June, 2020, MANNA sold the property to NOAH Properties, achieving a significant cash on cash return.
